Margie Guarneri

Born in Bronx, NY, she resided in Brooklyn before retiring to Toms River with her husband in 1990.

Prior to retiring, she worked as a bookkeeper and office manager at various businesses. Margie was an avid reader and enjoyed playing cards and taking trips to Atlantic City. Moreso, she loved spending time with friends, family, and especially her grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Angelo in August 2000; and her brothers: Robert, Patrick, and Kevin.

Surviving are her son, Marc Colon; her step-sons: Michael (Roseanne) and Richard (Joanne); her grandchildren: Anthony, Danielle, Deanna, Amanda, and Robert; and her siblings: Elizabeth, Frank, and Rosemarie. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2023 from 1-5PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River. A funeral service will be held in conjunction with the visitation at 4:30PM. Cremation will be private.
