

Marilyn was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY where she attended James Madison High School and then worked as a computer tape librarian at an insurance company in New York City. After getting married, she moved to Cherry Hill, NJ where she worked in the tax collector’s office. Then, she moved to Marlton and worked as a bank teller at TD Bank in Marlton.
Marilyn retired in 2013 and moved to Holiday City in Berkeley with her husband, Bill. She enjoyed taking trips to the beach, reading books, fishing, visiting old Lavallette friends, and riding her exercise bike while listening to CDs. She also adored taking care of the three cats she adopted throughout her lifetime.
Marilyn is predeceased by her loving father and mother, Paul and Silvia Tessler, and two brothers, Neil and Marvin. She is survived by her loving husband, Bill, two loving children, Nicole Lattiere and Paul S. Ivans, two granddaughter’s, Meghan and Elizabeth Huegel, and two nieces and nephews.
As per Marilyn’s request, there will be no memorial service.
