To the Murphy, Booth and Glauzaskas Families:

I wanted you send my condolences to you.  Mary Ann will be missed as well as Mary Ellen is...   They are both together now.   

I worked with Mary Ellen at the NJ Transit Police Dept. and that is how I got to know Mary Ann and their families.   I will never forget when I was introduced to Mary Ann, I was at my desk with my back to the entrance of my cubicle when Mary Ellen bought her sister in to introduce her to me.  I turned around and practically fell out of chair, I couldn't believe the resemblence.  I knew Mary Ellen had a twin sister but never realized how idenicle they were.   

I really got to know Mary Ann when she started working for NJ Transit.  She loved the shore, animals and especially her family and friends.  Mary Ellen and Mary Ann were wonderful women, inside and out, with great big hearts and souls.   I am honored to have got to know them both and their families.

Rest in Peace

Words cannot describe the loss I feel. My life is blessed just having her in it. She was one of my best friends. We laughed and cried together, traveled and just had fun. I love and miss her already.



To Tara Murphy and family,

I worked with Maryann for the short time she was at NJ Transit.  Part of that time I was actually in the same department with her.  We had our time every morning as we got the day started.  We shared stories of life, children, marriage and divorce.  We even talked of growing old and denying senility.   She introduced me to the Red Hat Clubs existence.  We spoke of apartments and having to much stuff and not being able to let go.  Of buying and selling properties.  We even discussed the losing of ones loved ones.  I even remember how perplexed I was when I would go in the cafeteria very early in the morning and I would this women.  Then later in the morning for my second coffee I would see her again, but my mind would say she looks a little different.  Sometimes the one woman was just a little warmer and quicker to say good morning than the other one.  Well to my surprise one morning they were both sitting a table together, the one that worked on my floor and she of course was the one that always spoke, and the other one that work in the Police Department that probably thought I was nuts because I was always grinning at her.  Well now the problem was solved there were two of them.  And I could plainly see now that Maryann was a foot taller than her sister.  Smile 

Tara, sorry for your loss but I just want to say I truly enjoyed Maryann when she was here, I hope she enjoyed my company as well.
