Michael S. Mopavich, 67, of Monroe Twp., NJ passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Saginaw, Michigan, he had lived in Howell before moving to Monroe two years ago. Michael was a self-employed Painter for over 40 years retiring about 15 years ago.
Michael loved playing cards and going fishing.
Michael was predeceased by his twin sons, John and Paul Stanuszek and is survived by his three daughters, Rebecca McNamara and her husband Sean, Racheal Stanuszek and her fiancé Rick Laytham, Christina Alexander and her husband Sam, his grandchildren, Emma, Aiden, Phoenix and Bobby, his sister Donna Torrez, his longtime companion Ruth Stanuszek and his best friend John Ferrara.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2022, 2 pm to 6 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River, NJ. Cremation will be private.
