Nicholas F. Juliano, 83, was born on September 15, 1943, in Newark, New Jersey, and passed away on November 5, 2026 at his residence in Toms River with his companion Jackie and his son Nicholas by his side.
Born and raised in Newark, Nicholas graduated from Barringer High School in 1961. He lived in Belleville, New Jersey for most of his life before moving to Toms River, New Jersey in 2018. Throughout the years and across every place he called home, Nick was known for a steady decency—an honest presence, a compassionate heart, and a tireless work ethic that shaped both his days and the people who relied on him.
Nick built his life through skilled, hands-on work and the pride that comes from doing a job the right way. A Master Plumber and Heating Technician, he worked alongside his brother before ultimately purchasing Imperial Fuel Oil Company, specializing in servicing heating and plumbing needs. In an industry where trust matters, Nick’s straightforward integrity and dependable workmanship stood as his signature.
He also gave his time in ways that spoke quietly but clearly of who he was. Nick served as a Boy Scout troop leader in his son’s troop, offering guidance with patience and care. At home, he found simple joy in time spent with family—especially in the companionship of the family dogs, Brandi and Izzy.
Nick remained engaged with his profession and community through membership in the Fuel Merchant's Association of New Jersey and the State League of Master Plumber's of New Jersey, reflecting a lifelong commitment to his trade and to the standards that uphold it.
Husband of the Late Barbara Juliano, Nicholas is survived by his son, Nicholas J. Juliano and Nicholas J.'s wife Billie Jo; his significant other, Jackie Salerno; his brother, Dominick Juliano; his sister, Rose Saliceti; his niece, Karen Saliceti; his nephews, Joseph Saliceti, Dominick Juliano, Jr.; Vincent Juliano; and several other extended family members.
