Born in Jersey City, he lived there until moving to Forked River, NJ 3 years ago.
Patrick had worked in construction as a laborer for the past several years.
He is predeceased by his father Gerard who died in 2002.
Surviving is his mother Shirley Hover and her husband John of Forked River. A son Shane and a daughter Makayla O’Connor. 3 brothers: Shawn, Gerard & Brian O’Connor.
