

Born and raised in Jersey City, she resided in Fairview and Pompton Lakes before settling in Manchester ten years ago. She enjoyed crocheting, ceramics, bocce ball, swimming, and spending time at the beach.
Phyllis received her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Georgian Court College. She would later switch careers, working as a benefits coordinator for a number of prominent multinational companies, including Merrill Lynch, Ernst & Young, and Asarco.
She was predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Stella, and her sister, Michele Baumgart. She is survived by her sons, Bobby and Chris; her brothers Dennis (Gloria) Skowronski and Bob Skowronski; her sister Patricia (Dan) Rosica; her nephews Daniel Rosica and Jason Skowronski; and her niece Jessica Noonan.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 7-9PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, Toms River. Interment will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
