Raymond Tyrka, 71, of Toms River, NJ passed away Monday, March 14, 2022. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Ray had lived in Jersey City until retiring down to Toms River 7 years ago. Ray was a Truck Driver for Roadway Yellow Freight, Kearny, NJ for 34 years retiring in 2008.
Ray had a love for music especially the Rolling Stones, the beach, fishing and swimming.
He was predeceased by his parents Raymond and Helen Tyrka and his brother in law Frank Caiazzo. Ray is survived by his loving wife Angie, his daughter Nicole, his siblings, Gregory Tyrka and his wife Barbara Abal, Stephanie Finlay and her husband Bill, Michael Tyrka and his wife Nancy, Janet Tyrka, his sister in law, Joan Caiazzo and his loving nieces and nephews, Brian, Nicole, Samantha, Robert Michael, Peter and Christopher. He is also survived by his faithful furry companion Shidobee.
