Rick Bartell, 22, of Jackson, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Born in Brick, he attended Switlik Elementary School, Goetz Middle School, Jackson Memorial High School and was a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering.
Rick is survived by his mother Beth Thompson Bartell; his father Richard Bartell Jr., his maternal grandmother Patricia Thompson; his paternal grandparents Palma and Richard Bartell Sr., and his girlfriend Denise Seuser-Smith.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday May 6, 2018 from 2 to 6 PM at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Road Toms River, NJ 08755. A funeral service will take place at funeral home on Monday May 7, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Jackson, NJ.
