Rose M. Pastore, 90, of Toms River died on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at Van Dyke Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Toms River. Born in Spain on July 4, 1920 to Joseph and Dolores Martinez, she lived in Brooklyn before moving to Toms River 16 years ago.
Mrs. Pastore was a homemaker and was employed by Russell & Stoll Company in Brooklyn. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 2008 and is survived by her daughter and her husband, Dolores and Robert DiPaola of Staten Island, her granddaughters, Denise and Dawn and her great-granddaughter, Danielle.
A Memorial Gathering will take place on Sunday, October 24th from 1:00 to 2:00pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday at 2:00pm at the funeral home.
