Rosina Mariano

Rosina Mariano, 91, of Toms River, NJ passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at her home. Born in Queens, NY, Rosina had lived in Staten Island before moving to Toms River 30 years ago. She was a Supervisor with Hartford Insurance in Manhattan until she married and became a mom. She was a devoted communicant of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Toms River.

Rosina loved playing bingo, going to Atlantic City, reading, cooking for her family and crocheting. She also enjoyed traveling with her late husband Joe and friends.

Rosina was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 2024, her brother Donato Perreco and is survived by her devoted children; son, Joseph Mariano, daughter Diane Mariano and her husband Robert, her three grandchildren; Nicole, David and Briana and her great granddaughter Emma. Also surviving are a host of loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025 from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, 10 am at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Toms River with interment to follow to Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
