Ross K. Mason

Ross K. Mason age 83 of Toms River passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving wife and sons on Wednesday May 25th. He was a Banker for 35 years retiring in 1993 from National State Bank, Trenton. Ross was a Korean War Veteran serving in the Coast Guard from 1952 to 1956. He was born and lived in Trenton and graduated from Trenton Central High School. He married his high school sweetheart Mary Alice Petty and they lived in Levittown, PA, Langhorne, PA and South Seaside Park before moving to Toms River 6 years ago. Ross was a sports enthusiast and enjoyed watching his grand kids’ sporting events. He was predeceased by his parents Edmond and Margaret Mason and his brother Edmond. Surviving is his loving wife of 61 years Mary Alice, his sons and daughters in law Ken and Robyn, Dean and Kim and Thomas, 6 grandchildren Kelly, Dale, Kara, Kevin, Jamie and Connor. His family would like to thank VNA Hospice for their wonderful care and concern.

Visiting will be Tuesday from 4-8 pm at the Quinn Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Rd. Toms River. A funeral service will be held 10 am Wednesday at The Presbyterian Church of Toms River. On Wednesday please go directly to church. Burial will follow at the Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
