Stephanie M. Bruce, 88, died peacefully at her home in Toms River on Wednesday, March 24, 2010. She was born on July 28, 1921 to Michael and Mary Saladik, was raised in North Arlington, resided in Union with her husband and daughters and retired in Toms River in 1975.
Mrs. Bruce was predeceased by her husband Alexander Bruce in 1984 and her brother Walter Saladik. She is survived by her two daughters, Carolyn Young and her husband Robert of Lanoka Harbor and Barbara Bottom and her husband Donald of Birmingham, AL, her brother, Emil Saladik and his wife Mary of Cherry Hill and her sister-in-law, Jeanne Saladik of Haddonfield. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will begin on Friday, May 7, 2010 at 10AM at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ.
