Thomas J. Baxter, 28, of Toms River, NJ passed away Sunday February 21, 2021 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Toms River, Thomas was a lifelong resident. Thomas was an independent Landscaper. Thomas graduated from Toms River South High School in 2010 and from Universal Technical Institute in 2012. Thomas also attended Kean at Ocean County College. Thomas enjoyed surfing and playing lacrosse. Thomas was predeceased by his grandparents, Gerald Harney Jr., and Carol Baxter. Surviving are his loving parents, Debra Harney, William Baxter IV and his wife Karen, his siblings, Kimberly Baynes and her husband Edward, William Baxter V and his wife Krysten, Christopher Baxter, Matthew Baxter and his nieces and nephew, Quinn, Henry, Sophie and Maeve. Also surviving are his maternal grandmother, Marjorie Harney and paternal grandfather, William Baxter III.
