Thomas J Delloiacovo

Thomas J Delloiacovo, 69, of Toms River, New Jersey passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at his home. Born in Newark, New Jersey. Thomas had lived in Newark before moving to Toms River 29 years ago. Thomas was a Police Officer with the City of Newark Department for over 11 years retiring in 2001.

Thomas was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and really enjoyed watching sports and westerns. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

Thomas is predeceased by his parents Thomas and Anna (Zito); his brothers-in-law Robert Russo and Steve Soriano, Sr; his sister-in-law DeeDee Terzuole (Russo).

Surviving his loving wife of 35 years Cathy (Russo); His sister Theresa Minovich and her husband Neil; His sisters-in-law Barbara Soriano (Russo) and Debbie Russo; His nieces and nephews, Cheryl (Jorge), Diana, Bobby (Kendall), Steven (Jillian), Daria (Abe), Adena and Vinny. Also survived by many great nieces and nephews and extended family.

A visitation for Thomas will be held Sunday, February 26, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. A mass of Christian burial will occur Monday, February 27, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, 130 St. Maximilian Lane, Toms River, NJ 08757. A committal service will occur Monday, February 27, 2023 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Cedar Grove Rd, Toms River, NJ 08753.
