Virginia B. (Rescigno)Addesso Herr

Virginia Rescigno Addesso Herr, loving Wife, Mother, Sister and Aunt passed away on December 30, 2020. Born in New York to the late Joseph and Virginia Rescigno, April 9, 1935. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband Rudolph Addesso and by her brothers Joseph, Anthony, John and sisters Anna, Katherine, Gloria, Mary and Carol.

Virginia was employed by the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company for 40 years and enjoyed her work as a Bakery Manager. She enjoyed cooking for her family and having great gatherings during the holidays. Virginia was a wonderful cook and baker and enjoyed hosting parties for her neighbors and family. She loved sharing her recipes and instructing family and friends how to make her delicious creations. Ginni enjoyed spending the winter months in Florida with her family and her fur-baby, Max.

Virginia will be greatly missed by her loving husband Richard and her devoted daughter Deborah, and sons Richard, David, William, Andrew and grandchildren, Ricky, Dustin, Finn and Tabitha as well as family and friends. Virginia is also survived by her sisters Josephine and Elizabeth and her brother George.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021, from 4-7 pm at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Rd., Toms River. A Mass in Virginia’s honor will be celebrated Tuesday,12:00 pm, January 12, 2021, at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.quinn-hoppingfh.com
