I go to Mackenzie. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to get to know andrew, but I just wanted to say that the entire Mackenzie community is grieving, but we keep the memories of Andrew in our hearts.

My sincerest and heartfelt condolences to the Brotherton family. It is a shock to the system and saddens me so much to hear of this news. Andrew will always be remembered as a cheerful and mature soul, and I have so many wonderful memories of teaching him. I am so sorry for your loss.

Andrew was a warm, kind, funny and brilliant young man.  I looked forward to seeing him at our robotics practices at Cummer.  He was also a leader on our team.  I'm shocked and deeply saddened to hear that we've lost him.
