Suddenly passed away on June 7, 2011 at the age of 56. Beloved husband of Po Chu. Loving father of Angie (Michael Mak) and William. Cherished grandfather of Justin and Austin. Chak Cheung will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 from 9:00am to 10:00am. A funeral service will commence at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Elgin Mills Cemetery to follow.
