Charles Milton Harry

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Charles Milton Harry on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at North York General Hospital in Toronto, Ontario, at the age of 95. Charles departed this world peacefully, leaving a legacy of love and cherished memories. Reunited in heaven with his beloved wife, Millicent, Charles leaves behind a devoted family. He was a loving father to Ena (Hassan), Delma, and Milton (Kwan). Charles was predeceased by his eldest son, Paul.

He was also a cherished grandfather to Andre, Julianna, and Justyna, and great-grandfather to Aaron and Shayne. He was a dear brother to Sylvie, Lucille, Ronald, Winston, and Dolly, who pre-deceased him. He leaves behind sisters, Judy, Doreen and brother-in-law, Basil. Charles will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but especially by his daughter, Delma, and granddaughter, Julianna, who never left his side during his hospitalization over the past year. His kind heart and strong work ethic were admired by those fortunate enough to know him.

A combined visitation and funeral service will be held at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home at 6191 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M2M 4K4, to celebrate Charles’s remarkable life on Friday, August 2, 2024, from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Beechwood Cemetery at 7241 Jane St, Concord, ON L4K 1A7.

Charles’ memory will be cherished forever, and his legacy of love and devotion to Christ will continue to inspire his family and friends. Rest in eternal peace, our dear father and grandfather.
