

Clifton Frank Bryan, age 93, of Toronto, Ontario passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family on Friday, February 14, 2025. “Cliff” aka Bun Man was born in Glengoffe, St. Catherine, Jamaica, and lived in the United Kingdom prior to coming to Toronto in 1966 His decision to finally settle in Canada was influenced by a desire to create the best opportunities for his children and future generations.
He was a cherished father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great great grandfather who was a proud family man, reliable friend, diligent employee and union leader, avid sports fan and more importantly, a man of faith.
Beloved husband of Lucille for 68 years.
Loving father of Egerton (Lorna), Barbara Cleo (Danny), Pamela (Norman), Flloyd, Doreen, Beverley (Trevor) and the late Alton and Patricia.
He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren: Italo (Felicia), Shakeria, Donnovan (Kate), Anton (Lenny), Telicia, Olivia, Damion, Tyrone, Kwame, Tamika, Ricardo, Tafari, Aneisha and Trevor. Clifton will be sadly missed by his many great grandchildren and his great great granddaughter.
Dear brother of Cecile, Leslie (Keris), Ida, Isa, Frank, and the late Cecil, Cleveland, Wilfred and Juliet.
He was a devoted member of Ossington Avenue Baptist Church where he played an active role as a deacon and mentor for decades. He will be sorely missed by his family, church family and friends.
Friends may call at the Kane-Jerrett North York Funeral Home (6191 Yonge St. south of Steeles Ave.) on Friday March 7th, 2025 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Revivaltime Tabernacle (4340 Dufferin St.) on Saturday March 8, 2025 at 11:00 am, with visiting at the church from 10 am until 11 am. Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery (Jane St. north of Steeles Ave.).
