I was very shocked to hear the sad news about Lena. I never met her but heard a lot about her from my old schoolfriend Cyril and was looking forward to seeing her one day.

I send my very sincere condolences to Cyril and their joint families and friends. I am sure she will be sadly missed. May she find eternal rest.

Our deepest sympathies go to Cy and Lena's family members. She was my daughters' English tutor and our good neighbour. As a teacher, she showed much patience, diligence and responsibility. She was more than a teacher, but a mentor, who cared about the kids' future. She was such an amazing woman, who embodied all the attributes of a great friend: caring, helpful, thoughtful, loving and compassionate. She was a Holy warrior. At the last stage of her battle, she still managed to grasp every chance to spread the Gospel in the hospital, wrote cards to encourage us to live a life of purpose and equip ourselves for further duties in His Ministry on earth. We cherish all the great memories we had together and will carry her values with us, today and everyday. It is a relief for her to leave her physical illness on earth, free of weariness, knowing that she is resting in God's hands peacefully. Lena, you will be much missed. With love and God's abundant blessings from Michelle and family.

My deepest condolences to the family and loved-ones of Hollis. I am sorry to hear of your loss. I have known Hollis and some of her family members (Hollie, Joy, Nigel, Conrad) for many years. I don't recall if I ever met her husband, Cyril, or her children but I wish them all peace, comforrt and the strenght to carry on.
Although it is difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may your precious memories of Hollis bring comfort to you tomorrow.
