

Hubert Hall was born and raised in the City of Toronto, his loving parents Reginald and Gertrude Sarah Lydia Hall (Inshaw) and brother Reginald, wife (Rosalie Hester) sister Dorothy, ( Bert May) immigrated to Canada from Birmingham England in about 1918. He loved tinkering with electronics and got his Electronics Engineering degree while in the army during WWII. In 1950, he started working for Eaton’s as a Television Repair Technician and then after receiving training became the repairman for the computerized cash registers before retiring after 41 years of service in 1991.
He is the loving husband of Bernice Mildred (Jones) for 61 years and father of Lawrence Gregory, (Bella), Eleanor Janet, (Jim Bitaxi), Brian Elliot, (Judy) and twins, Corinne Sharon, (Daniel Olien), Christine Denise, (Ron Jung), grandfather of Steven, Michael, Patricia, Jenny, Ashley, Kyle, Nathan, Melanie, Brandon, Amanda and great grandfather to Ayden, Julie, Bastian, Nikolas and Noah. Friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street, North York on Monday, March 21, 2011 from 11-1 pm. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel Monday at 1 pm. Interment at York Cemetery.
