Passed away at MacKenzie Health Hospital, Richmond Hill, Ontario on Thursday April 7, 2016. Will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Funeral Service on Monday April 11, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Cremation Service at Forest Lawn Crematorium at 1:30 p.m. Donations In lieu of flowers to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
