

She is survived by her children Rosemary, Greg (Liz), Paula (Ross)), her grandchildren Christopher (Andrea) Jonathan (Lori), Andrew (Natasha), Nicholas (Marine), and great grandchildren Griffin, Gabriel, Charlie Joyce, Neve, Abigail and Oliver. She is also survived by her brother Courtney and sister- in- laws, Eileen, Sonya and Lydia.
Joyce is pre-deceased by her loving husband George rejoining him in eternal life, and has gone to rest with her parents Victor and Claire Guillen, her siblings Mavis (Joseph), Simpson (Valmai), Noel, Lyris (Joseph), Edwin and Maurice.
Joyce will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was devoted to family and loved every moment she spent with them, will be remembered for her devotion and commitment to her Christian faith, charitable work and years of work with the St. Bonaventure CWL, will be remembered for her love of music and dancing, gardening, sports, exemplary career and her delicious cooking and baking with the ability to make every meal special.
The family would like to express deep thanks to PSW Sandra Owen, Palliative Care - Dr. J. Arvanitis and nurse Dawn Murray, and family doctor Dr. E. Silver and staff for their compassionate care.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 18th, 2025 from 4PM – 8PM at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes, 6191 Yonge Street, Toronto.
Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025 at 10:30AM at St. Bonaventure Roman Catholic Church, 1300 Leslie Street, North York

A private cremation interment service will be held by the family at a later date.
