She is survived by her sons Vasco (Francesca) and Joti (Vangelica), and her grandchildren Lazo (Trisha), Taso (Julie), Michael (Ema) and Alex. She will be missed by her immediate and extended family.
She is predeceased by her parents and her daughter Vera, along with her 2 sisters Fana and Cana and brother George.
She will be remembered for her devotion to her family and her love of feeding and caring for them.
The family would like to thank all the wonderful staffs at Cummer Lodge for caring for Leftera over the past 5 years and giving her exceptional care during the last few weeks of life.
Visitation will be held on Thursday August 1, 2024 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home,
6191 Yonge Street in North York.
Entombment Service will be held the following day, Friday August 2, at 11:00 am at Westminster Cemetery,
5830 Bathurst Street in North York.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
