I met Cindy when she was six months old. I was her cousin almost six. I got to feed her pureed green beans. Yuk! she spit them out. So I showed her how good they tasted. Yuk! I spit them out. So began a perfect relationship.

Cindy was there for my wedding. I was there when she found Bruce. I knew I didn't have to worry about her anymore. Bruce would make sure she'd eat her green beans.

If you can hear me Cindy I have news for you -- green beans are always underrated. I love you and I'll miss you forever.

Growing up, Cindy lived just up the street from me and we were inseparable as little kids. I’m not sure if her amazing skill on skis or her infectious smile was her most enduring trait; but quite likely it was that smile knowing she could and would beat all the boys on the ski hill. She was a good friend and an amazing woman. My condolences to her family.

Cinders and I were two peas in an exercise pod. Skiing with her, Cindy often right on my heels for short turns, earned her the name "skimom" from me. She's still skimom to me. Every run I feel Cindy with me, especially because I'm slow like her now. Her bubbly laugh and kind spirit inspire me every day.

My heartfelt condolences to the entire family.

Hugs and Love

A group of us grew up with Cindy in Boise, Idaho. We just heard today Jan 8 that she had passed away. We have very fond memories of her and are so sorry for the family's loss. We have a high school Facebook site and will share this news there with our classmates. Farewell Cindy, you were a shining star in our world.
