Relieved of his suffering, Mathias left peacefully with his family by his side on August 19, 2014 at Princess Margaret Hospital. Beloved husband of Amy. Loving father of Martha (Terry Chu), Martina (Justin Lam) and Maurice. Mathias will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Friday, August 22, 2014 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm with a prayer service at 7:30pm and Chinese Martyrs' Catholic Church, 2755 Denison Street, Markham on Saturday, August 23, 2014 from 10:15am to 11:00am. A funeral mass will commence at 11:00am at the church. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery to follow.
