May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

To Lucy and the family - my deepest sympathies, ChaoBao will be remembered in our hearts as a vibrant, passionate, caring and funny classmate.  He touched so many hearts during college and beyond.  Please take care and knowing he is resting without pain with God now.

To the Chau Family,  my thoughts and sincere condolences at this difficult time.  May you find comfort in the joy he brought to all those who knew him.  Philip was one of a kind who I had the pleasure of working with in the office as well as at social events while I was at CIBC Mellon .  He always had a smile on his face and was so giving in anything he was involved in.  A social butterfly who loved his family, friends and life to the fullest who will be missed.

Lucy, Siobhan and Simon, please accept my heartfelt condolences.   I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Philip over the past nine years and during that time I got to know him quite well.   Philip had a great sense of humour and he liked to make us laugh, we never knew what he was going to do next to lighten the mood around the office. To the Chao family - our deepest sympathies. Philip was a great leader and role model who worked tirelessly with the youth at 180 Mosquito Squadron. He knew exactly what to say to calm nervous parents as he went off with them to trips and events. I was one of those parents. He made a difference in my children's lives and for that we will never forget him. Rest in peace Captain Chao.

To the Chao Family:
I had the pleasure of knowing Capt. Chao at 180 Mosquito Squadron. One of my fondest memories was when my father drove he and I to Ski Weekend late one year and we listened to his bagpipe music the whole way. 
I am very grateful for all of the incredible work he did for the community, and am sure that his impact will be felt for decades to come.

To Philip's family, I knew Philip only briefly through work at CIBC Mellon, where we shared conversations about our common background.  I would always look forward to seeing him wear his kilt proudly in the office.  I hope you find comfort in the arms of one another, and that, in time, the thought of Philip makes you smile and doesn't weigh heavily on your heart.
