Peacefully passed away on June 24, 2014 at the Rouge Valley Centenary Hospital. Loving mother of Michelle (Mark Lewis). Teresa will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
Friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Sunday, July 6, 2014 from 11:00 to 11:30am. A memorial service will commence at 11:30am in the funeral home chapel.
