Peacefully passed away on Sunday October 17, 2010. She is reunited with her husband Allen P. Smith. Valerie is saddly missed and lovingly remembered by her step-daughters Barbara (Dana) Stevens and Sara (Don) Nordquist her step- grandchildren Adrienne (Chris) Kivell and Aaron Stevens and her step great- grandchildren Sydney, Madeline and Cody. Valerie’s memory will be cherished in the hearts of her many family members and friends. Family and Friends will be received on Monday October 25, 2010 at the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME (6191 Yonge Street, 2 lights south of Steeles Ave) from 11:00 am until the time of service in the chapel at 12:oo pm .
