Peacefully passed away on June 24, 2014 at Dorothy Ley Hospice. Loving mother of Vickie Wei (Errol Yap) and Quan (Simone Helke). Cherished grandma of Jasmine and Brandon. Yu-Mei will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles. on the east side) on Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 10:00am to 11:00am. A funeral service will commence at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel. Cremation at Forest Lawn Crematorium to follow.
