With great love, we said goodbye to Yvonne, Mom, Gramma, GG on December 20, 2025 at Sunnybrook Hospital. Born May 8, 1928 in Regina, Saskatchewan to the late Denis and Anne Seguin. Predeceased by her loving husband, Frank, and her sister Helen (Burnett). Survived by her daughters Mary Ann Kennedy Smith, Karen MacDonald (Kevin), and Kathy Ross (Larry), her grandchildren Patrick (Stephanie), David (Andrea), Carolyn (Jake), Kevin (Nicole), John (Shannon), Jacqueline (Eric), Katie (Andre), Matthew, and Michael and her great-grandchildren Ava, Connor, Kate, Sophie, Emma, Samantha, Casey, Frances, Liam, Rory, Alex and Charlie.
Yvonne treasured time with her family and friends, sharing her faith, love of words, games, and traditions. She was keenly interested in people and duplicate bridge was a passion.
Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, December 23, 10:30 a.m. at Blessed Trinity Parish, 3220 Bayview Avenue, North York.
The family will receive visitors at the Church from 9:30 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Yvonne’s honour may be made to Covenant House, Toronto or to the Sunnybrook Foundation.
