Ann and I were best friends in school and shared many wonderful times together. I remember fondly spending the night at Grandmother Shoaf’s and playing canasta all day in between fittings for whatever she was sewing for Ann at the time. I spent nights at Ann’s and she at my house. She was one of the girls at our house and I enjoyed being at her house too. I loved Ann and all of her family growing up.
Ann spent the night at Lake Lydia with my sisters before the last all school reunion and she showed us a trick for looking younger. She and Sandra both dared to put their faces in a bowl of ice water and of course it worked. She was always ready for fun.
Ann for a wonderful friend and was loved by all.
My prayers for Sam and Georgia and Johnna and husbands and her beloved grandchildren.
