

Funeral services for Betty Jo Albright Burnett, 83, of Tyler, are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Saturday, August 22, 2015, at Lloyd James Funeral Home Chapel with Wes Crawford and Dr. Ike McKinney, Jr. officiating. Burial is in Cathedral In The Pines Cemetery.
Betty passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2015, in Tyler.
She was born on October 31, 1931 in Lubbock to the late John D. Corcorran and Bertie Mae Garner Corcorran. Betty was a member of Glenwood Church of Christ. She was a supporter of Hospice and the East Texas Crisis Center. She also worked for Tyler Community Concert Association and Tyler Civic Theatre.
She is survived by daughters, Becci Albright and Rachel Huff, both of Tyler; sister, Johnnie Sue Dayton, of Lubbock; two grandchildren, Krista Huff, of Galveston and Kalli Huff, of Tyler; stepdaughter, Julie Burnett, of Tyler; stepson, Jeff Burnett, of McKinney; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Donald W. Albright, of 28 years and William M. Burnett, of 16 years.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of East Texas, 4111 University Blvd., Tyler, Texas 75701; or Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 1021 ESE Loop 323, Ste. 300C, Tyler, Texas 75701.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, August 21, 2015, at Lloyd James Funeral Home.
