Carol Cowan, a long time resident of Emerald Bay, passed away Monday, December 5, 2011. Born March 31, 1926 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Carol’s life was rich with friends and family, and leaves behind many who love her.
Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Lloyd James Funeral Home. Private burial will be at a later date.
