Charlotte H Easley

Charlotte Hinton Easley of Overton, TX passed away on Thursday, September 28th, 2023 at the age of 73. She was born on September 9th, 1950 in Terrell, TX and grew up in Terrell and Royce City. She graduated from Terrell high school and started to work at the Dairy Mart in Royce City while in high school then moved onto SWB/AT&T after high school where she worked for a total of 25 years and retired. She enjoyed road trips, going bowling, and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her Husband Dewey Easley, Mother Ruth Hinton, and Father Robert Hinton. She was survived by her Brother Robby Hinton and Wife Judy, Daughters Kaye Duke and Husband Mickey, and Melissa Easley, and Grandkids Zachary Easley, Kirstiene Duke, and Kolbie Duke. The family would like to thank all the medical staff at U.T. Southwestern Hospital, Angel Hands, and Visiting Angels for their care and compassion they showed our loved one in her final days. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Lloyd James Funeral Home at 1011 E 1st St, Tyler, TX 75701 on Monday, October 2nd, 2023 at 11 A.M. Visitation with the family will begin at 9 A.M. Graveside services to follow at Edom cemetery at 8079 FM 279, Edom, TX 75754 at 2 P.M.

A time of visitation for Charlotte will be held Monday, October 2, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Lloyd James Funeral Home Chapel, 1011 East First Street, Tyler. A "celebration of life" service will occur Monday, October 2, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Lloyd James Funeral Home, 1011 East 1st Street, Tyler. A graveside service will occur Monday, October 2, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Edom Cemetery, 8079 FM 279, Edom, TX.
