Known to friends and family as “Vern” she made her presence felt whenever she entered a room. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her daughter, Michelle and husband Danny Hedrick of New Chapel Hill; son, Richard Young of New Chapel Hill and grandchildren, Lexi Jewett, Katie Hedrick, Brittany Adair and Danny Hedrick.
Funeral services will be held at Hebron Baptist Church on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
