Cherry was such a beautiful soul and a great friend of my Mom (Pat). She will be so missed. The Wakefields were so kind and generous to my Mom and Family. We are so grateful and lucky to have had Cherry in our lives.

Godspeed Cherry, You raised a beautiful daughter, Krissa, inside and out. I am blessed to have her as a best friend.

Cherry has been a loved friend of the family for as long as I can remember. Memories of her beautiful daughters babysitting me, to me getting to hang out in their house with her youngest, Krissa. Cherry has always been so special to our family and we are going to miss her so much. I always loved her laugh and she had the kindest smile!

Cherry is the big sister I never had. She’s been my dearest friend since 1970. She and Joe were so close to Horton and I. And she was with me to support me when Horton died. We have laughed and cried together. She taught me not to take myself so seriously. But she taught me to love myself and trust myself too. She is my dearest sister-friend. I know I will see her again. She and Joe and Horton are having a good laugh about right now ♥️
