Dianne Taylor Hester

Memorial services for Dianne Taylor Hester, 64, of Tyler, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Lloyd James Funeral Home Chapel. Dianne passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013, as a result of injuries that she sustained in a house fire.

She was born on April 22, 1948, in Tyler. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1966 and then went on to fulfill her passion of becoming a registered nurse just a few years later. Dianne worked in many different areas within the realm of nursing and at the time of her passing she was employed at Pine Crest Nursing Home. She was warm and caring. With a dry sense of humor and contagious laughter, Dianne brightened the lives of those around her.

Dianne was preceded in death by her father J.L. "Ted" Taylor. She is lovingly survived by her mother, Mattie Louise "Toby" Taylor; her children, Leigh-Taylor Hester and John Hester; her twin sister, Suzanne Taylor Nall; and nieces, Shelley Dobbs and Sarah Nall.

Visitation will be held at Lloyd James Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, from 6 to 8 P.M.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to all the wonderful friends and church family who have reached out to support them. Prayers have brought comfort and the Lord has been faithful to provide a peace that truly passes all understanding.
