.Services for Dorothy L. Haynes, 90, of Tyler are scheduled for 1:30 pm, Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Lloyd James Funeral chapel with Rev. Pike Wisner officiating. Burial is in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.
Mrs. Haynes passed away on January 30, 2012 in Tyler.
She was born on October 2, 1921 in Smith County to the late Ed W. and Roxie Holbrook Turner. She was a homemaker, a member of Green Acres Baptist Church and Friends of the Library. She had lived in Tyler for 50 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Haynes in 1997.
She is survived by her son John David Haynes and wife Angie of Tyler and granddaughter, Jan Haynes.
Visitation will be from 5-7 pm, Tuesday at the funeral home.
