She was born August 18, 1935. She was a Methodist.
Ms. King started working at the age of 14 and worked many jobs, one being Kmart, where she worked 11 years before buying her own business, Tyler Security Patrol. There she worked 7 nights a week for almost 30 years before retiring at the age of 67. She was loved by many people, which many also called her, MaMa.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Virgil Wilson; 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren; 7 great great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by 3 daughters: Janet Brown, Sharon Umphries, and Pam Toone; 4 brothers: Bobby, Johnny, Jerry, and Tommy Dingler; and 2 sisters: Fae Taylor and Patty Malone.
