Fred Kozak passed away on Monday, May 16, 2016 in Tyler. He was born on July 1, 1945 in Chester, Pennsylvania to the late Peter and Ann Romantum Kozak. He was a Navy Vietnam Veteran and worked for a commercial realty company in Houston, Texas for over 20 years and Tyler was home for the past 17 years.
Fred is survived by his wife of 46 years, Lynda Kozak of Tyler; daughter Michelle and husband Tadd Williams and grandchildren, Chance and Cheyann; brother Ron and wife Glenda Kozak, Grace Lavoie, mother-in-law, George Ayube, brother-in-law, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Rester.
Memorial Services for Fredrick Peter Kozak of Tyler are scheduled for Saturday, May 21, 2016, at 2:00pm in the chapel of Lloyd James Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior to service.
