Judith Ann Richter was born on March 9th, 1941 in Beeville, Texas, and on March 7th, 2024 she went to heaven to be with her husband, Kenneth Vincent Richter, and her son, Joseph Taylor Richter. Judith went to school in Kingsville. Texas. Judith also graduated from Kingsville and went to Texas A and I and finished her Masters and Bachelors degrees at Stephen F. Austin. Judith worked for Tyler ISD and food service as director for 25 years. Judith has still living, daughter, Betha K. Richter; beloved grandson, Kenneth Paul Richter and beloved great-grandchildren, Kenneth Laden Richter and Athena Nicole Richter. Also by brothers and sisters, Kay Zimmer, Bill Zimmer, Mike Zimmer and Peggy Zimmer. Judith was also very active in the Pilot Club and her hobbies, included shopping, flower arranging, and cooking. A visitation for Judith will begin at 6:00 p.m. Thursday at Lloyd James Funeral Home with a Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The graveside service for Judith will be held on March 22nd at 10 AM. At Cathedral in the Pines Mausoleum with Father Hank Lanik officiating.
