Mrs. Hargett passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 in Tyler.
She was born on April 10, 1955 in Tyler to the late Louie E. and Lucille Rodocker Barron. She was a devoted Christian and loved her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, painting and entertaining.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Lee Hargett, Jr.
She is survived by two daughters, Renee Lopez of Illinois and Tamara Hargett of Tyler; brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Angela Barron of Whitehouse; her grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
