Mary Ellen Moore

Mary Ellen Moore passed away on May 5, 2022 at the age of 78. She was a resident of Tyler, Texas and was known as Mary ‘Tyler’ Moore. She was born February 6th, 1944 in Sikes, Louisiana to Clarence and Ollie Womack. Mary loved playing cards, cutting up, and bossing everybody around but most importantly she loved sitting on her momma’s front porch surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ollie and Clarence; brothers Leonard, Henry, John, and Jake; sisters Patty Jo, Iwilla, Glenda; and two great grandbabies. She is survived by her sisters Patricia and husband Ricky, Vickie; brother Clarence ‘

Dub’; daughters Sandra and Kay Dee and husband Shane; grandchildren Shawn and wife Kim, Jarred, Blake and wife Sayra, Zach and wife Lauren, Jacob and wife Sydney, Ashlee, and Colten; and great grandchildren Bailey, Cole, Cassie, Jenna, Drake, Isabella, and Connor.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 9th from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Lloyd James Funeral Home, with services beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Ron Byrd officiating. Burial will be at Whitehouse Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Colten Hickey, Shawn Murry, Jacob Murry, Jarred Murry, Cole Murry, Zach Yowell and Blake Yowell. Honorary pallbearers are. Jace and Braden Godsey.
