With our hearts shattered, we announce the passing of our sweet baby girl, Olivia Laverne Louise Cook. Our beautiful baby girl gained her angel wings on October 31, 2026, just a week shy of her first birthday.
Olivia may have been small, but her strength and her fight was greater than anyone could ever imagine. Olivia was more than just her disease, and touched countless hearts.
Olivia is survived by her mommy and daddy, Kira and Colton Cook; her four loving brothers, Zadyn, Tisyn, Untred and Bellamy. Her grandparents, Doug and Elizabeth Bowen, (Lolli and Poppa), Terri and Chad Lott, (grandma and Grandpa), Linda and Brian Johnston (Mimi and Poppi), Gail and Jay (Gigi and Poppi Jay). Great-grandparents, Theresa Bowen (Momo), Thelma Roark (Mawmaw) and many aunts, uncles and Cousins.
Olivia was preceded in death by her great-grandfathers, Jerry Bowen (Pappy) and Terry Roark (Pawpaw), Bill O’Conner as well as great-grandmother, Lou O’Conner and Rick Williams,(Uncle Rick).
A time of Visitation will be on Thursday, November 5, 2026 from 11:00 am until Noon at Lloyd James Funeral Home, Tyler. A Celebration of Life service will begin at Noon with Chaplain Bryan Grant officiating.
Olivia, you were and are our greatest Hello and hardest and heartbreaking goodbye. We would have given anything for more time with you, but we are forever grateful that God chose us to be your family.
Fly high our beautiful little Angel, Your fight is over sweet girl. You will be forever loved, forever missed and forever our baby girl. Olivia, strong forever and always.
