

Patricia (Pat) Ann Saleh passed on May 29, 2026, at the age of 86. Born March 7, 1940 to Albert and Marie Saleh in Baltimore, MD. Her parents returned to Tyler, TX in 1945 and enrolled Pat in the first kindergarten class of St. Gregory Parochial School. She graduated from the ninth grade at St. Gregory. She graduated from the old Tyler High School in 1958 and attended Tyler Junior College.
She began a career in advertising in the mid '60s, designing mall decor for Big Town Mall (Dallas) where she played Mrs. Rabbit in the Easter display for 3 years. She was also a member of the Big Town Players (civic theater for the Mesquite area) with the lead role in Barefoot in the Park and as 'Roo' (baby kangaroo) in Winnie the Pooh.
Later she became an account executive/assistant with Van Roberts Advertising in Dallas. She handled accounts such as Disney/Buena Vista Movies, Cutty Sark, a bank and some theater chains.
She worked mostly in advertising/media the rest of her career, retiring from Brookshire's Advertising Department in 2002, when she married D. Bart Keeling and retired to the Rio Grande Valley where they hunted and fished for about 12 years before Bart passed away. She then moved back to Tyler.
She is survived by a son, Charles "Harrison" Connor, Jr. and a daughter Christine Lynn Connor (Kelly) Gallagher. Both are more that a mother could ask for. She is also survived by 1 sister, Kathy (Mike) Chiles; 2 brothers, Gary D. Saleh and Andy (Teresa) Saleh; 1 granddaughter and 1 great-grandson.
She is preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother, Bert Saleh, 1 sister, Michele Dempsey; father of her children, Charles H. Connor, Sr. and the love of her life Bart Keeling.
A Funeral Service will be held at Lloyd James Funeral Home, 1011 East First Street, Tyler, on June 5, 2026, at 11:00 am.
