Randy Earl Trammell

He graduated from John Tyler High School. Then served in the Vietnam War in The U.S. Army as a paratrooper. He was also wounded in Vietnam and received the Purple Heart. He worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and then began his career at La Gloria Refinery where he worked his way up to purchasing manager and retired after 40 years. He loved to travel with his loving wife. They tried to see the whole world , but didn't quite make it. He was preceded in death by his brother, Rusty Trammell. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Brenda Trammell; his son, Jason and wife, Angie Trammell and their children, Haley, Hannah and husband, Brandon and Jake; Two great- grandchild, Brandon Jr. (Little Man) and Enzo.

A funeral service for Randy will be held Thursday, February 27, 2025 at11:00 AM at Lloyd James Funeral Home with Military Honors. He will be laid to rest at Tyler Memorial Cemetery.
