Seth Henry Porter

Seth Henry Porter passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2010. He is the beloved son of Bo and Linda Porter of Flint, Texas and brother to Sarah and Kinsley Robinson of Tyler, Tx and Josie and Jay Huffman of Jamestown, North Carolina. He will always be remembered for his quick wit, patience and love for his family and his great role as “Uncle Seth.” A beloved son, grandson, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Seth leaves behind a legacy of love and friendship that will be everlasting. Seth recently received his American Home Inspector’s Training Institute Certificate.

Seth took great pride in his family. His parents, his sisters and brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins and his nieces and nephews shared in his love. His sense of humor brought happiness and joy to the lives of so many. Visitation from 5 to 8 Friday Sept. 24th, with a rosary to be prayed at 6:00p.m. at Lloyd James Funeral Home. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00a.m., Saturday, September 25 at Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Tyler with Most Reverend Alvano Corrada del Rio S.J, Bishop of Tyler Diocese celebrant of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Seth’s memory to Autism Society, 4340 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland 20814.
