Wanda Elaine Bullock, age 85, of Tyler, passed away in the late morning hours of Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the Hospice of East Texas. She was born on February 21, 1928 in Rosser, Texas to Ralph Marsden and Claudie Pearl Hale Davis; they preceded her in death. Wanda is survived by two grandchildren, Venus Welch of McKinney and Jennifer Robles, and husband Salvador, of Tyler; and by five great-grandchildren, Jonathen, Emily, Ashley, Joseph, and Zachary.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Gary Don Armstrong, and one daughter, Sonya Armstrong.
